Tonight Dillon wanted to play the wii (pronounced wee-uh by Dillon), so they all played together. It is so cute to see. Brodie is still sitting up there with them 15 minutes later. I am hanging by myself in the background just getting to watch. (I love it...sigh.)

Happy Saturday all!!

I cannot sleep. Usually, I have no issues with sleep, but tonight/this morning is another story. I have been up for at least a few hours tossing and turning so I caved and just got up. I really want to get my workout over, but it is too dark to go outside and run alone and my Treadclimber is above Brodie's room. I am sure Jason would enjoy me waking Brodie up at 4:30 am!! So I will wait and then be too tired to do it after my LONG day at work. Yep, forgot to mention that huh? I have to work a long day which includes a focus group that I have to help facilitate. Joy! I see caffeine my future...lots of it.

This reminds me of my pregnancy days. I had terrible insomnia towards the end of my pregnancies. Most of it was from not being able to get comfortable. I am a back sleeper and you cannot do that so well when you are pregnant.

Maybe, just maybe I can catch up later in the week. Right. Time to start packing up the house!

I broke down and did it...

I got my kiddos the flu shot. I said I was not going to do it, but I did. Poor Brodie has been so sick lately that I did not want to risk subjecting him to anything else.

Brodie had his 15 month well check this afternoon. The kid is growing like a weed! He is still in a lower percent for his weight (which is shocking - try carrying him) but he is a tall kid! I should not be surprised...Dillon is too. They get that from their great grandpa Ozenberger.

Other than that and the impending tubes...all is going well. We have a contract on our house and it was inspected today. Hopefully that will all go well. Now, if we could just find a house! YIKES!!!!!!

Behind

I am behind. I should be use to it by now. Brodie has had two ear infections in the past 3 weeks or so. We were referred to an ENT and he decided to put tubes in. Brodie will get them put in on October 12th. I am scared because it is surgery, but relieved to have this coming to an end - hopefully!!

There are some other possible changes in the Ozenberger household, but I must hold off telling for a little while longer and I have to keep you coming back some how! No, there are no more babies coming. Rest assured, it is NOT that!!

Other than getting harassed every time I run and getting really sick of it, there is nothing new around here!!

Dead Legs

I have dead legs and cannot for the life of me figure out why. It is almost every time I run. I am not over doing it. I am resting. I need help. Any ideas? PLEASE chime in if you have thoughts.

Finally recovery??

The past week has be utter HELL in the Ozenberger house. Sunday afternoon and evening gave way to vomit fest at our house...well all of us except Brodie. Monday brought a tooth pulling via surgery. (Brodie fell in the driveway Saturday and cracked his tooth in half.) Wednesday brought the discovery of Brodie having a double ear infection! Righteous! You cannot make stuff like this up.

I have my Brodie back and we better all be out of the woods...at least for a few weeks. :-) I really owe a few people a HUGE THANK YOU!!! You know who you are. These people are priceless, especially when you do not have family around. One of these people even got sick because they helped us when we needed it! Meg - YOU RULE!!
