It is interesting to me the stickers, bumper stickers, etc that people will put on their cars. I have a seat belt message on my car, but I wholeheartedly believe in seat belt usage. Anyway - there you go. Think about that this weekend as you drive!

Guitar Hero

Funny how after becoming familiar with this game, songs take on a whole new life. All I see in my head is the game if I hear a song that is on the game. Consequently, I am hearing more of the songs on the game on the radio. Is it a plot? Oh my, my husband has sucked me into another world of video games!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Anyway, I am freezing at work. I have a sweater on and my heater on. Is that right? It is about 100 outside.

I had the best guacamole for lunch. Man, I am a very boring person, but my son is cute!

My Life Sucks

Not really. Just this week - actually just until Wednesday. I am doing workshops at Stephens every night! It is just a pain. Wednesday night I start class - no, I am not attending, I am helping teach a class. I am excited to get to do this. I hope it is good!

I am really looking forward to the holiday weekend. I need to hang out with my family and some friends.

My new dirty word

Exercise! I really don't remember what it is. Last time I worked out was one week and one day ago. I am so busy I can't see straight, so it get the back burner. And I wonder why I am fat!?! Hello Alicia, it is not rocket science. Calories in - calories out. Except now, none are going out! Not to mention I have a new found love for guacamole!!!!!!!!!

So at work today, I was waiting for the elevator, looking out the window. Our office is across from a funeral home. I saw a silver mini-van pull up in front of the funeral home. Two men got out, open the hatch, and pulled out a gurney. Yep, dead body, covered by a quilt and taken in the front door of the funeral home. Isn't that stuff supposed to happen at the back door. And a mini-van and a quilt - the windows were not even tinted!!! I stood there thinking to myself - hmm, don't see that every day. I just want anyone to know, when I die, if you take me to the funeral home in a mini-van covered in a quilt - I will haunt you for eternity!!!!

The best part of my week!

I forgot to mention, I have completely forget about what working out is this week. I have not worked out in any fashion since Sunday!! Nothing like a week long break. I hate to make excuses, but it was just too darn HOT!!

Holy Cow!

I am been so busy after getting back from our trip - I cannot find time to do anything. Jason got sick this week, so within the period of three weeks, the entire family has been sick.

Work is busy. My program received a few new grants and I have no help as of now. I know, it is great that we have more money and program opportunities, but wow, I need some help! I am busy at Stephens trying to help out the counseling center. So pretty much, my husband hates me and that will not get any better till the end of September.

My child is a dream! He is growing up so much each day. He is talk pretty clearly and is so fun!! If I could acquire another one this age, I would have another kid!

Next weekend is Jason's birthday. I am thinking of having a BBQ on Saturday the 25th. If you want to come, contact me (aozenberger@gmail.com). I know that sounds funny, but I am so busy, I may not get to everyone I need to before then.

Where have I been?

Here and there...Jason and I headed to Orlando last week. I had a conference, so he tagged along. We sent Dillon to my Mom's. It was a fun trip, but it is always good to come home. Dillon got sick while he was at my Mom's. Her and my Aunt did a wonderful job of taking care of him. And, like any good grandma - she didn't tell me till he was all better.

So back to work and I got sick. I am back working today, buy Wednesday and Thursday were rough. I am still felling puny, but better.

Dillon has decided it is fun to get up in the middle of the night and get in our bed. Fun times indeed.
