Why am I doing this?

FINALLY!

Dillon's two front teeth are coming in. With that being said, the child has pushed a lot of teeth through lately, so you can imagine how grumpy he is. Once those get in he will have 6 teeth. AMAZING!

Not too much is going on. I have to take my test for my license on Saturday. I am scared. It was expensive and I do not want to have to pay to re-take it if I flunk! The good news is, if I pass it, I won't have to ever take it again! Then, once I have completed my supervision hours, I will be a LPC.

Next time you see Jason...

Ask him how much he likes working on bikes and if he likes his floor pump!

I think Dillon will be getting Dad a floor pump for Father's Day! The perks of being a parent - an added holiday.

Tooth #4

Yes, tooth #4 is on it's way in. On top, the other side. So, once they both get all the way in -the kid will have fangs! Maybe that explains his attitude. Yes, he is now the master of defiance. If he doesn't want to do something he screams and arches his back. Just like his daddy!

My husband thinks he is funny!

First off, isn't my child adorable?
Jason is taking pictures of this STUPID Cartman doll he bought off e-bay. (Prozenberger.blogspot.com)
I hate that doll. Yes, my house has turned into a college apartment. I asked him if we were going to line the fireplace mantel with beer bottles next. Anyway, little does he know, I have a plan too!!

I have been working my butt off. I had to present in Rolla on Thursday night and KC Friday morning. Yes, that is right, over 400 miles of driving in two days! I love it. Come on vacation time! Of course, I have no plans for a vacation.

Dillon woke up this morning with a stuffy nose. I think it is harmless, but it is sure gross.

Tooth #3

Dillon third tooth is on it's way in. It is on the top, to the left. It is not pretty!

Yesterday was my "can't do anything right" day. The worst thing was attempting to burn my hand off with hot water I had just boiled chicken in.

I was scared that Dillon's sleep would be messed up because of the time change, but it was not. Today is Elijah's birthday! I can't believe he is a year old already!

Soap Box

Ok, here goes...

I think it is totally rude to tell people their children are big for their age. Who died and made them weight or height monitor? One of the only reasons Dillon looks bigger than other kids his age is because he is so tall. Then I think, is our society so enthralled with weight and looking skinny that now they have to pick on my kid! Trust me, I am not a little person, if Dillon does not loose his weight during the toddler years, we'll talk!

Next, DO NOT talk under your breath about my child when I am standing right there. (I went to garage sales this morning, can you tell?) I had Dillon in a short sleeved onsie and pants. I guess this did not meet the approval of a lady at the sale. She told her friend how chilly she was and she had on a coat. That baby couldn't be warm!

So there you have it. For those of you that have kids, I know you understand. For those of you that don't - get ready!
