Why am I doing this?

Another week, another post

We are recovering from out trip to Rolla. Prevention Consultants had their annual Alcohol Awareness 5K run. I did it two years ago when I was pregnant, so I decided to do it again. I figured if I can't do 13.1, I might as well do 3.1. CLOSE!! Anyhoo, Curt and Krista were going to be in town for a wedding, so I suckered her into doing it with me. I did ok. My time was a little over 30 minutes. I was ok with it, since I did nothing to prepare. Felt good to run in that atmosphere again - even if I am not even close to being competitive with those that place. Jason and Dillon watched even though it was the most boring thing ever!

My thought for Fridays:

I think that when the weather hits 60 degrees, Friday work should be optional. What do you think? I think it sounds like a great plan. Maybe I will starting lobbying for that! Or, we could all just trade places with cats. To them, everyday is vacation!

Not too much is going on. I have not been feeling real great lately. I have had some test ran, but they have not found anything. Of course, that is good, but I would really like to know what is wrong with me. Hopefully that will come soon.

Today is wonderful weather! I am excited to get the days work over and take Dillon out to play!

Have a good weekend!

The St Louis 1/2 marathon was yesterday. My friend Karen took 3rd in the women's masters race. Yes, third out of everyone in the masters race. Heck of a time lady!!

Congratulations!!

I'm tired

Nothing like taking off three days from work and getting zero rest! I love it. Add to that getting criticized for my parenting skills (or lack there of) and you have the makings of a wonderful Ozenberger Easter!! Dillon was crabby, so Jason and I were too! I am so glad to be home with my boys all to myself!

Dillon did have a fun time hunting Easter eggs. He was almost a pro - I think we had about 4 Easter eggs hunts. Dillon has learned the word "Owww!". That is really fun in public. For example, Jason was holding him in church Sunday and he wanted down to run around. Jason tried to stop him and he started going, "Oww, oww, oww!" Very nice - bring on DFS!!!

He looks abused huh?
